Gregory Testerman, Advisor

Greg’s four decades in international Corporate & Investment Banking span four continents and all of the world’s major banking centers and capital markets. Starting at JP Morgan Chase’s New York headquarters and in Europe, he worked seventeen years with Banco Santander throughout Europe, Asia, and Latin America, including as Chief Executive of Santander’s bank in Japan - with responsibility for Southeast Asian markets - and later Chief Executive of Santander’s cross-border bank for correspondent banking, trade finance, and structured trade throughout Latin America. He spent nine years as Senior Managing Director of Capital Markets and Treasurer for the Foreign Trade Bank of Latin America (“Bladex”), a supranational development bank. Throughout his banking career, Greg has specialized in building new businesses and turning around challenged ones. He speaks English, Spanish, and French, and has served on several boards of directors internationally. ​ Greg served as Chairman of the Board of Governors at The American Chamber of Commerce in Vietnam, one of largest international chambers in the world.

Alexa Testerman, Advisor

Alexa is a strategic business advisory and transaction professional with over a decade of experience advising financial institutions and corporates on complex financing, investment banking, risk management, and business strategy initiatives. She has worked closely with senior executives and deal teams on transaction structuring, credit and enterprise risk evaluation, and strategic initiatives designed to enhance long-term enterprise value across global and emerging markets. Her background includes investment banking and capital markets roles at leading global financial institutions, including Santander Corporate & Investment Banking, RBC Capital Markets, Morgan Stanley, and Moody’s. She has led high-profile corporate finance and acquisition financing transactions. Beyond individual transactions, Alexa has advised banks and corporates on enterprise-wide risk assessment, capital markets strategy, and the development of market-responsive financial solutions. Her work supports clients navigating regulatory complexity, evolving market conditions, and cross-border considerations - particularly in growth and emerging markets, where disciplined risk management and structuring expertise are critical to execution. Alexa holds a Global MBA in Risk Management from the London School of Business & Finance, with a concentration in enterprise risk management and corporate governance. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and brings a globally informed, analytically rigorous approach to advising clients on complex transactions and strategic financial decisions.
